South Risk still providing full service to our clients
Wednesday, April 1st, 2020
A lot of businesses have had to stop operations because of COVID-19. That is definitely not the case at South Risk Management.
We are fully up and running and providing full service to all our clients.
“We have staggered our workforce in the office in keeping with social distancing, and provided all employees with the technology they need to work at home,” said Founding Partner J. Patrick McKain. “The best way we can help our communities recover from this crisis is to keep serving our clients, so for us it’s business as usual.”
How we’re doing it
Here are some of the steps we’ve taken at South Risk to make sure our clients don’t experience an interruption in service:
- We’ve limited the number of service team members in the office at any time to only three. They stay far more widely apart than the social distancing guidelines.
- The rest of our service team is working their regularly scheduled hours from home. We’ve provided the technology they need to make that work.
- The sales team is only coming in as needed, and handling as much remotely as practical.
In other words, we’re being thoughtful with regard to every aspect of workflow and operations, to ensure we are accessible, and clients don’t encounter any delay in response time.
How long will this continue?
We don’t know any more about that than you do. No one does. But rest assured – we will faithfully follow the recommendations of our federal, state and local governments.
Protecting your health, and that of our employees, is of paramount importance to all of us. “Risk management” is in our name, and we will do all we can to keep the risk of coronavirus to a minimum, to the best of our abilities. We hope you are doing the same.
